Groove design
Groove spacing, profile, depth and direction can be produced to confirmed drawings. Options include the rounded profile shown in the project photo, square profiles and drawing-specific designs.
Inserts
Aluminum or PVC inserts can be supplied and factory-fitted when required. Insert type, finish and compatibility are confirmed before production.

One assembly, reviewed together.
The groove profile and insert must be evaluated as a compatible system. Send the proposed insert drawing or required profile with the panel drawing so fit and factory installation can be reviewed before production.

Export packing

The packing method is reviewed with the panel format and shipment plan. The stated process uses layered protection for handling and sea transport.
Initial stretch film
The bundle is wrapped once with stretch film.
Thin MDF protection
Thin MDF protective sheets are placed around the bundle.
Four-side protection
Edge and corner protectors are added on all four sides.
Final stretch film
The protected bundle receives a final stretch-film wrap.
Packing straps
The completed bundle is secured with packing straps.
Container moisture control
Desiccant bags are placed inside the shipping container.
Sourcing slatwall for a retail fitout or store fixture project?
Shopfitters, store fixture manufacturers and retail display suppliers can submit a panel schedule or current drawing for review. Batch and wholesale enquiries need the quantity per specification, groove and insert details, finish and destination. Minimum quantity, samples, price and timing are confirmed for the individual project.
Retail slat panels, also called slatwall or slotted MDF panels, use repeated grooves for compatible display fittings. Specify the panel and fitting interface together. Decorative acoustic wood-slat panels are a separate product category.

Are slatwall, slat board and slatboard the same product?
Buyers may use these names for retail display panels, but the name alone does not establish the board, groove or accessory interface. Include the intended use and a dimensioned groove and insert section when requesting a quotation.
Can you supply slatwall for shopfitting and store fixture projects?
YENC manufactures custom MDF slatwall panels in Jiangyin, China and reviews project drawings for retail display and shopfitting use. Send the panel schedule or drawing, finish, insert details, approximate quantity and destination. Supply scope and order conditions are confirmed after review.
What is the minimum quantity for a custom slatwall order?
Send the approximate quantity per panel specification and tell us if a sample is needed. YENC will confirm the minimum quantity, price and timing for that project. You can submit an enquiry before deciding whether to order a full container.
How do I specify a melamine or woodgrain slatwall finish?
State the board and finish requirement and provide an approved physical sample or another agreed colour reference. YENC presents finish directions for discussion. AI-assisted finish images are not production samples or colour standards.
