Shipping preparation

Protection follows the project dimensions.

Packaging is not a fixed template.Board size, quantity, stacking method and destination affect palletization, wrapping and container loading; review them during quotation and production confirmation.

Pre-shipment confirmation

Confirm quantity and shipping conditions first.

Common finished dimensions currently include 1200 x 1200 mm and 1200 x 2250 mm。The commonly used raw board is 1220 x 2440 mm，Finished dimensions must allow for trimming and machining allowance，Raw-board dimensions cannot be used directly for shipping.

Packing and freight review for slatwall enquiries

Retail display panels need face, edge and corner protection suited to their dimensions and handling plan. For an Australian or US destination, provide the city or port, quantities and shipment scope. Confirm packed size and weight and clarify freight and destination charges before treating a quotation as a landed cost.

Buyer questions

How are MDF slatwall panels protected for export?

YENC’s published slatwall packing record describes stretch film, thin MDF protection, four-side edge and corner protection, another film wrap and straps. The container record includes desiccant bags. The final packing arrangement still needs review for panel dimensions and the shipment.

What should an Australian or US buyer send for a freight review?

Provide the destination city or port, panel quantities and dimensions, and the proposed packing and shipment scope. Confirm packed size and weight before comparing freight quotations. Clarify responsibility for freight, customs clearance and destination charges; do not assume local stock or a fixed delivery date.
