YENC reviews each custom packaging project against the item being packed, the intended opening experience and the finish that must be achieved. The photographs on this page are design references, not standard stock models.

Internal and external size Product dimensions, clearance, wall build-up and lid relationship.

Board and core Core construction is reviewed for the selected structure, size and finish.

Opening structure Hinged, lift-off, magnetic or another drawing-specific configuration.

Straight edges, controlled corner transitions and a fitted interior need to be reviewed together before production. This real wrapped MDF box sample shows how the underlying structure supports the visible finish.

These MDF and wooden boxes are made to project requirements. A meaningful quotation depends on the confirmed construction, finish, quantity and delivery information rather than a generic unit price.

Buyer questions

Can YENC review a project without a finished drawing?

Yes. Product dimensions, reference photographs, target structure and finish requirements can be used for an initial review. Final manufacturability and quotation still require confirmed project details.

Which details affect the quotation?

Box dimensions, order quantity, core construction, exterior finish, hardware, fitted interior, packing method and delivery destination all affect the quotation.

Can the box be developed for wine, perfume or branded gifts?

These are possible applications when the product dimensions, weight, insert, opening structure and finish are reviewed for the specific project.

Are the boxes shown standard stock products?

No. The photographs are structure and finish references. Production follows the approved drawing or confirmed project specification.
