Production, inspection and packing

Factory photographs from YENC production and shipment records. The exact workflow and inspection points are confirmed against each approved drawing and order specification.

1. Specification review

Drawing, dimensions, material, finish and packing requirements are reviewed before production.

2. Machining

CNC programs follow the approved drawing for profiles, holes, pockets and repeatable component geometry.

3. Inspection

Selected dimensions and machined features are checked with suitable measuring tools.

4. Packing

Finished goods are protected, wrapped and palletized according to the agreed shipment method.
