What Yincheng reviews before production.
A visual reference is not enough to quote accurately. Construction, machining and delivery requirements need to be defined together.
Panel construction
Substrate, overall thickness, acoustic backing, visible edges and any installation interface shown in the drawing.
Machined face
Groove width, depth, direction and spacing, plus perforation diameter, pitch and any areas that must remain unmachined.
Surface finish
Veneer or decorative surface, color reference, gloss level and sample approval requirements.
Packing plan
Quantity per pack, edge and face protection, labels, pallet limits and delivery destination.
Product and material evidence.
Real supplied material shows wood-finish panel faces, stock condition and the dark backing visible at the edge.

Can the groove or perforation pattern be customized?
Yes. Send the required direction, spacing, groove or hole geometry and any unmachined zones. Yincheng will review manufacturability before quotation.
Do you offer standard panel sizes?
This page does not publish a universal standard size because requirements differ by project. Send the required dimensions and quantity for review.
How are wood finishes confirmed?
Finish cards are visual references only. Final veneer, color and surface treatment should be confirmed against a physical sample.
Can acoustic or fire-performance figures be provided?
Only when the exact tested construction and supporting documents match the proposed panel. Figures from unrelated supplier brochures are not presented as Yincheng test results.
