Made to drawing
CNC-Machined Board Components
Repeatable board parts for furniture, fixtures, packaging, cabinets and industrial assemblies, produced from your drawing or approved reference sample.
Ask about CNC processingDifferent geometry starts with a different drawing.
Profiles, openings, grooves and assembly features are examples – not limits. Production details follow the confirmed drawing.

Custom options
Geometry, material and tolerances drive the process.
- Materials
- MDF, HDF, plywood and particle board.
- Processes
- Panel cutting, CNC routing, drilling and slotting.
- Shapes
- Profiles, openings, recesses and assembly features.
- Tolerances
- Confirmed against drawings and inspection needs.
- Edge & surface
- Machined, finished or prepared for downstream work.
- Supply format
- Loose components, kits or reviewed assembly options.
For the fastest review, provide a dimensioned drawing.
File format, material, thickness, quantity and critical tolerances help the factory assess feasibility.
Production records
Production, inspection and packing
Factory photographs from YENC production and shipment records. The exact workflow and inspection points are confirmed against each approved drawing and order specification.
Drawing, dimensions, material, finish and packing requirements are reviewed before production.
CNC programs follow the approved drawing for profiles, holes, pockets and repeatable component geometry.
Selected dimensions and machined features are checked with suitable measuring tools.
Finished goods are protected, wrapped and palletized according to the agreed shipment method.
