Production, inspection and packing
Factory photographs from YENC production and shipment records. The exact workflow and inspection points are confirmed against each approved drawing and order specification.
Drawing, dimensions, material, finish and packing requirements are reviewed before production.
Board parts are cut and machined from the approved box drawing before assembly and finishing.
Critical dimensions, fit and visible surfaces are checked according to the agreed box specification.
Finished goods are protected, wrapped and palletized according to the agreed shipment method.
