Project-defined production
Specify the panel your fixture requires.
There is no single standard configuration for every slatwall project. We review the drawing, application, machining details and packing requirements before confirming production.
Board materials
Common commercial board substrates are available, subject to review of the required board type, grade, density, surface and compliance requirements.
Thickness & dimensions
Reviewed against drawing, application, machining details and packing requirements.
Groove design
Groove spacing, profile, depth and direction can be produced to confirmed drawings. Options include the rounded profile shown in the project photo, square profiles and drawing-specific designs.
Inserts
Aluminum or PVC inserts can be supplied and factory-fitted when required. Insert type, finish and compatibility are confirmed before production.
Groove & insert coordination
One assembly, reviewed together.
The groove profile and insert must be evaluated as a compatible system. Send the proposed insert drawing or required profile with the panel drawing so fit and factory installation can be reviewed before production.
The image shown is an insert-profile illustration. Final construction follows the confirmed project drawing.
